Warranty Features.

MCarCover 1-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees MCarCover Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship after retail purchase from an authorized MCarCover dealer. A warehouse deal or closeout seller is not an authorized dealer.

This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.

If a MCarCover product is suspected to be defective, contact customer service at mcarcovers@gmail.com along with a photo and proof of purchase for warranty claims. All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton being returned. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified). M Car Covers reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods.

In the event the product is deemed defective by MCarCover. a credit for the cost of the freight will be issued.
